New - Belly Dancing

Beginners welcome, great way to get in shape, and have fun.

Nationally certified personal trainer can give you one-on-one instruction and direction:

fitness level. Session can fit your busy schedule.
Fees:
Personal training session: $55.00 per hour
Package of 5 one hour personal training
sessions, $262.00
Package of 10 one hour personal training sessions, $495.00

Get in Style to Walk Down the Aisle
This is a new program to help a bride-to-be get in great shape for her special day.  Each package includes one-on-one fitness training sessions with a personal trainer, working on sculpting and toning, interval training, cardio, and nutrition.  Complimentary facial, massage or manicure offered also.

Package 1: 2 times a week, one hour sessions for 6 weeks, Fee $600

Package 2: 2 times a week, one hour sessions for 8 weeks, Fee $750

Package 3: 2 times a week, one hour sessions for 12 weeks, Fee $1,100

Training Packages can be modified to meet everyone's schedule and time frame.

Get Buff After Baby

This program will get  any new mom back to her pre-pregnancy weight. 

Package includes one-on-one-sessions with a certified trainer, nutrition consultation

and free menicure, massage or facial at the end of the session.

Pilates

One on One Pilates Reformer Training

Reformer training includes equipment that is used for Pilates.  Pilates is a method of exercise

and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

Benefits include:

     increased lung capacity

     Increased circulation

     Strenthening and increased flexibility

     Increased mental and physical coordination
Work with a certified trainer to get more fully acauainted with the Pilates method.

Fee: One hour training, $60.00.

Package of 5 one huor training sessions: $$285.00

Package of 10 one hour training sessions: $540.00

Members free, non-members, $7.00 per game.
